Jay's focus is on finding solutions to problems and applying process to solve them. Training clients and employees in the skills to manage the process is the goal.

Jay's works include various projects that include E-commerce, XML, VPN work, security audit, workflow process, windows training, windows 2000 enterprise designs and installs. He works with Internet providers on infrastructure designs, and security.

Jay has managed development and implementation of e-commerce web sites and hosting facilities. Customers include Toys-R-Us, AT&T, Company Private.com Philips Lighting, Bookbundle, Lillian Vernon, Sports Illustrated, Red Rocket, Mountain Gear, Play Co. (toysinternational.de), Beavex, and others.

Jay has taught at Miami Dade Community college, and at Baruch College. Jay has been a speaker at Comdex, Tech Forum Managers meetings, User groups across the country, Future Forum 2000, Corporate Advisory Board, and CTEXPO.

Jay has been quoted in trade magazine PC Week, CRN, and Cnet.

Jay has been a Red Cross trainer and Volunteer for over 35 years and currently is involved as a leadership Volunteer with The American Red Cross as Staff Partner for Disaster Communications.
